ReadyMED is NOT an emergency room. If you are experiencing serious symptoms, such as chest pain or difficulty breathing, or if you have sustained a serious injury, please dial 911 immediately.
Flu season is here! We visited Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Rekrut, at our Auburn ReadyMED to learn about influenza and how to treat it. Watch the video above to see which symptoms you should watch for and what to do if you think you are coming down with the flu.
All ReadyMED locations will be closed on Thanksgiving, but we will be open the day after, November 27th, with normal hours, from 9:00am to 8:00pm.
ReadyMED Plus was “topped off” on October 22nd, and you can see the video here. This new, expanded ReadyMED location is on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, MA. We can’t wait to open early 2016!
When you arrive at ReadyMED to check in, simply enter your cell phone number into our kiosk and you will receive a text that prompts you to return to our facility shortly before we’re ready to see you.
We can do basic x-rays including chest x-ray & extremity x-rays (such as ankle, foot, arm and leg) and more.
We perform complete blood counts & electrolytes, urinalysis & urine pregnancy testing, rapid strep testing and more.
Do you have a life threatening emergency such as chest pain, shortness of breath, severe trauma, poisoning, or stroke?
Go to an Emergency Room or dial 911 imediately. Do NOT go to ReadyMED.
Do you anticipate needing IV (intravenous) fluids for dehydration, vomiting, diarrhea, flu, etc?
