Workers’ Compensation

ReadyMED offers Workers’ Compensation occupational health services to Reliant primary care patients and to Reliant employees in our Leominster ReadyMED and Worcester ReadyMED Plus locations.

Patients must be referred by their Reliant PCP’s office.

These services are be offered by appointment:

• Monday from 9am-5pm in ReadyMED Leominster
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 9am-5pm in ReadyMED Plus Worcester
